Meridia was founded in 1998 to do a quieter job than the signs-on-lawns business — advise a small number of families and estates on the homes they'll hold for decades. We don't mass-market, we don't bid wars, and we don't work on volume.

Our twenty-eight partners are licensed in California and hold additional specializations in trust, historic, and agricultural-parcel transactions. Every client is paired with a single lead advisor who stays with the relationship for the life of the asset.
